This is what I’ve been told I do well. I’m not going to pretend I’m perfect, and nor do I want you to. Life is messy, let’s wade through some of the mess together.
I will provide the opportunity and space for you to be authentically you. Let’s chat about who you are, what you love, what makes you tick, and what you would like to see different in your life. This is where your vulnerability and my expertise make magic. I will teach you a few things, give you new tools and skills to work through low and anxious feelings. Together we will assess where you’re ready to make changes, and help you make decisions or manage difficult situations in your life. I’m not going to pretend this is going to be easy, the big stuff rarely is, but we will walk together through the hard parts and give you the power to take your health back and prioritize you. We will work through the tools to stop the overthinking, take the stress down a few notches, and address the pressures of life. I will do my best to meet you just where you’re at.
Together, we will use cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), and collaborate to find the thoughts and actions creating obstacles in your life, test them out, and combat them to decide if they’re helping or hindering you. I have experience helping people with a variety of concerns including, but not limited to stress, anxiety, depression and relationships. Most of all, I want to help you reach your potential, and make the way there a little easier.
